I started making music because I needed beats that fit my words. That's it. I was writing rhymes constantly, poems, songs — and I just wanted sounds that matched what was already in my head. But somewhere along the way, I fell in love with being the curator. Matching the vibe of an artist, making their vision come to life across every genre — that became the obsession.

It wasn't until I met my friend Jim Bucek, aka Jo Papi, and got my first MPC from Pittsburgh DJ Metaterrestrial that everything clicked. He taught me sampling MF DOOM style, and I was hooked. Seven years of building — boom bap, hip-hop, folk, reggae, R&B, you name it. Now I run my own studio, a mobile setup, a studio at Next Wave Academy, and I produce music for kids at Motivational Edge. The craft never stops. Neither does the catalog.
