I lettered in three varsity sports in high school, spent a year playing pro baseball in Mexico, and worked closely with Olympic Team physical therapists after that. Athletics has always been my first language. But I'll be honest with you — there was a point in my life, after a toxic relationship and a real dark season, where I let myself go. Had to fight to get it back. That journey is part of why I do this.
Getting my NASM certification wasn't just a career move — it was a calling. The mental benefits of physical training are undeniable, and in my opinion it's the first pillar that holds everything else up. If the body is failing, the mental and spiritual self can't fully show up either. I work with high school athletes ramping up for college, people just starting their fitness journey, and everyone in between. And lately, pickleball has become a whole new obsession — the sport is growing fast, the community is electric, and I've found myself naturally stepping into an ambassador role for it. Whatever your game is, fitness makes you better at it. Movement is life.

Built Different
Athletic development, personal training, and the mindset to get you where you're going — body and mind.
Real athletic development is about consistency, discipline, and understanding your own body. Whether you're training for a sport, a scholarship, or just a better version of yourself — the work starts in your mind before it ever touches your body.

The Pickleball Wave
Pickleball found me at the right time. The game is fast, social, competitive, and genuinely fun — and I've fallen in love with it. Between playing, promoting, and connecting with the community, I've naturally grown into an ambassador role for the sport. If you're a brand, organization, or fellow player looking to collaborate, partner, or explore an ambassador opportunity, I'd love to hear from you.
