About These Terms

These terms cover the use of MuchxLove's World — the website, the services offered through it (DJ bookings, music production, lessons, and other creative work), and the beats licensed through it. Using the site or hiring me for a project means you're good with what's written here. For anything not covered, just ask: muchxlovex3@gmail.com.

Bookings & Quotes

All services — DJ events, studio sessions, lessons, and custom projects — are quoted individually based on date, location, length, and scope. A quote is an offer, not a confirmed booking.

• An event or session is not confirmed until availability is approved and the deposit is received
• A 50% deposit secures your date; the balance is due per the agreement we sign together
• Events outside the Palm Bay, FL area may include a travel surcharge, included in your quote up front
• Cancelling within 24 hours of a confirmed booking forfeits 50% of the deposit

Beat Licenses

Every beat in the vault is original work. Purchasing a beat grants you a license under one of four tiers — choose the one that matches what you need:

• Non-Exclusive MP3 — $30: tagged preview removed to full-quality MP3; beat remains available to other artists
• Non-Exclusive WAV — $50: lossless WAV master; beat remains available to other artists
• Exclusive WAV — $150: producer tag removed; the beat is pulled from the vault and licensed exclusively to you
• Exclusive WAV + Stems — $300: exclusive license plus all individual track stems for full creative control in the mix

Licenses are delivered in writing with your purchase. You may not resell or redistribute the beat itself, and credit is always appreciated.

The Contact Form

The contact form exists for genuine inquiries about services, lessons, licensing, and collaborations. Messages sent through it are delivered to me directly so I can respond — that's the whole system. If you opt in to text updates, you'll receive SMS messages about your inquiry or booking (confirmations, scheduling, status), and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. The form is not a message board, an advertising channel, or a place to send anything unlawful or spammy. Inquiries that abuse it get ignored and blocked.

Payments

Payments are made by the method listed on your invoice. Prices for licensed products are shown on the site; services are quoted individually. Florida sales tax applies where required.

My Work & Yours

Everything on this site — the music, the artwork, the writing, the design — belongs to me, Addison Domingo, unless credited otherwise. When you buy a beat license or receive deliverables from a project, you get the rights described in that license or agreement, not the underlying ownership. Similarly, any content you send me for a project stays yours.

Common Sense

This site is offered as-is. I take pride in the work, but I can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing here is professional legal, financial, medical, or training advice — the fitness and education content is informational, and you should talk to a qualified professional before acting on it for health decisions.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the studio grows. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date, and the terms that applied when you booked or purchased are the ones that govern that deal.
