Addison, “MuchxLove,” Domingo was born in Newport Beach, California, but raised in San Diego. The Filipino-American music producer and multi media artist loved growing up by the beach, the relaxed vibe, the waves, and that the weather permitted him to play sports year round. At the time, sports was the primary focus, playing three different sports in high school, eventually playing semi-professional baseball in Mexico. He accredited his love of the arts to much of his success in sports. He learned ukulele, taught himself how to dance, and would write lyrics and poems.
But, it wasn’t until he transferred to a fine arts school, Point Park University, located in the Steel City of Pittsburgh, where his art truly blossomed into his own style. PPU gave him the tools to do both arts and athletics. Influenced by his islander roots he started, making reggae music and painting canvases with Polynesian inspiration. However, he always wanted to be well rounded as an artist; so, he dove into learning how to produce music of all kinds from back road country, all the way to urban hip hop. From canvases, to poetry, to digital media, and dance, there isn’t a genre or medium
that he hasn’t tried to tackle.
Fans are eagerly waiting for upcoming projects. MuchxLove is releasing his first painting series called, “Exhale,” a visual representation of ridding one’s life of anything toxic or that does not serve their journey. He’s also dropping his first album titled, “Girls.” In cohesion with his canvas series, this audio work of art offers an inside look as the artist works through shedding past loves, and sharpening himself to be emotionally ready and better for the next relationship. He reflects on highlights, lessons learned, and special moments that helped shaped him into the man he is. This carries into his group, P!nK Salt, who are also releasing their first album this year. Talking about life’s big questions, and bringing ”soul back into sound,” P!nK Salt is emerging as a positive new group that’s exactly what the music industry needs right now.
This diverse palette for different genres and mediums is a major contributing factor to MuchxLove’s versatility and unique style. He provides an interesting technique of blending styles from all different parts of the world, drawing from his vast experiences. Always giving credit to God, he hopes to use his art to be a light to those that are lost in the dark, and as a means to inspire those with a passionate dream. He spends his days passing his knowledge and experiences on to his students. Offering various artistic lessons and sport specific athletic training/ mentoring, he is aims to his students find their life path.
